Last Friday had a brilliant end to a day on the ale with freinds, first town. Then local on my own just heading to the Spoons when spotted another friend, we ended up in here he had 1 and I stayed for Karaoke plenty having a go which is always fun.. and plenty of people dancing and encouraging others to join in which was great fun...

Lived in this area for over 2 years never fancied it. Went in with a mate the other week, I love it. New owners hilarious and fun punters. Karaoke, boss people. Cheap enough beer. Top staff it's brilliant.
I have always liked this place. It was the first place I ever got served! A great bit place, with a lot of TV screens for the sport lovers. A good selection of ales, wines, beers and spirits. Great customer service too.
Bit of a run down bar. but atmosphere and staff are great
We are sadly losing our landmark public houses at an alarming rate I hope the same fate doesn't befall this place? I don't think it will though as it's a lively vibrant pub with lots to offer . I particularly like live music and this is a mainstay here. The licensee seams to have got on top of some of the more offputting elements and this has greatly improved what has always been the heart of the community.
Called in on Friday night after watching Madness at aintree racecourse. Local pub at main junction in Walton vale. Pleasant staff good service lager ok, didn't try anything else. Quiet for a Friday night drank in lounge. There was special offers and promotions advertised.
Average pub on the corner. Could really do with having some money invested into it as everything is pretty old and worn down. Toilets are old and nasty as well. Wouldn't mind if the prices of the drinks reflected it, pints are more expensive here than in the bar down the road.
What a great night out great music good atmosphere can't wait till next week
Not a bad place. Beer OK Lively; Have a quiet sometimes beer, or at other times a beer with a little noise - I'm led to believe 'that's entertainment'.
