A small music shop in the bustling centre of Liverpool.

Story

We are Liverpool's printed music specialists, offering a diverse range of music scores from early music through the classical period to contemporary, popular and jazz styles. We stock books from the ABRSM syllabus and other schools of music, and tutor books to help you improve on your playing.

We always stock a good range of acoustic guitars, ukuleles (in soprano, concert, tenor, baritone and bass sizes), mandolins, banjos, violins, clarinets, flutes, concertinas, and saxophones - with access to some uncommon instruments, such as dulcimers, harps, autoharps, tenor guitars and double basses.

We are pleased to offer high quality instrument repairs, from simple set ups to major damages, delivered by our String Doctor, Maurice Walsh. Please call and talk to us about your instrument to see what we can offer.

We have several staff members in the store who teach guitar, cello, voice, and violin, as well as a comprehensive list of recommended local teachers in Liverpool. If you happen to be a teacher, why not register on our teacher's list? It's free, gives you access to potential students, and you also receive 10% discount on any music purchased in our shop!

For a more casual learning experience and a good bit of fun, check out our ukulele club on a Saturday morning. Welcoming beginners to intermediate players, our ukulele club sessions are led upstairs in the shop, where you will have the opportunity to expand your repertoire with songs, ask questions about technique, and get to know some of the local ukulele players.
