Appalling customer services. I sent an email 2 months ago and no one replied; I went in to talk to someone, there was no one on reception; l called and left a voice message and no one bothered to call me. I finally got hold of someone today which was the very last time I was going to try, she said they never got my email convenient; someone should have left a note on reception they didn’t and they couldn’t hear the telephone number of the person who left a voice message convenient. First impressions count!
This is a friendly local gym great value for money and the staff are absolute treasures I enjoy working out here it's a great atmosphere
