Great gym, been there 2 days and met a few nice people already.nnEquipment is old, but very well maintained, and seems to be much more effective than newer gym equipment I have used in modern gyms. The equipment feels solid and movements feel natural. They have a farmers carry, sledge hammer/tyre and weighted sledge which I tried yesterday and loved, something you don’t see in many gyms.nnThe weights are neatly put away and colour coded so you’re never looking for plates or handles, you can definitely tell the owner takes pride in this place, but you can also tell the people using the gym also respect the place a lot as well.nnToilets and shower room are all clean and tidy, staff very very friendly, lots of parking at the front of the building, and in the last couple days I have visited, it’s not been too busy which is a huge PLUS for me compared to other gyms I have visited around Leicester where I find myself waiting around to use equipment due to being overcrowded.nnI definitely recommend this gym, can’t fault it, glad I found it.
Great community gym, warriors and legends can be met. Positively serious, great atmosphere for a hardworking session. Personal trainers are available for those who require one. Boxing ring and sessions. Old school style, motivating music, pleasant and helpful staff. Quiet location, not too many people, all regulars, trustworthy and safe.

Great oldschool gym. No bumper plates, no Instagram kids, just iron and people working out heavily. Superb atmosphere if you know what you come for. Not very busy.
Brilliant gym. Good range of machines and everyone is friendly. Best part is that it is never too busy.
