I've been at this club for 6 years now and I still train at least 3 times a week (ideally 5). The fact that they have classes throughout Leicestershire - and are so busy - is a reflection of not only the high quality of teaching, but also the great atmosphere generated by this friendly club. 
Unlike some other clubs, sparring is not forced onto anyone as they have a dedicated class for that, but you always feel that you are learning practical techniques - even on the pads. Yes, the classes are tough, but I wouldn't expect to go to a kickboxing club and not break a sweat! 
So if you want to lose weight, gain flexibility, learn to defend yourself and be surrounded with a great bunch of people and super-friendly instructors, you must give this club a try.

Joining Leicester PKA is the ideal way to get fit in a fun environment with friendly coaches who take pride is teaching you kickboxing and keeping the sessions varied, fun and intense.

Ideal place for everyone to get fit, lose weight fast, gain confidence and just have a good time.

I used to hate doing cardio but now feel guilty if I miss a session during the week.

This club is a friendly way to not only just get in to martial arts, but also to improve your fitness, flexibility and technical skills. The instructors create a fun yet professional environment suitable for all abilities; be it novice to more experienced kickboxer.

I turned 30 and wanted to do something other than workout at the gym. I turned up to a Leicester PKA FREE introduction class and fell in Love! Not with the instructors or other members (although they were all very friendly and lovely) but with kickboxing. I was now addicted - I have trained regularly over the past 6 years and my strength and fitness has improved greatly. Kickboxing has even given me the strength and focus to give up smoking! The instructors at Leicester PKA are very supportive and approachable and as the club members we are all like one big family. The club is very welcoming and friendly and you will be made to feel you belong straight away. I have progressed through my belts at a pace that has suited me and never felt under pressure to grade when I am not ready. If you are looking for a club that is supportive, friendly and fun then the Leicester PKA is the place for you!!
