Currently undergoing an update on a lot.of equipment. The staff are friendly and there's no cliquey atmosphere. Better to book if you want to join a class, they fill up quickly.

Lovely, friendly staff and class members, some fantastic classes - Latin Fit is AMAZING with Shell - my favourite class of the week with Total Body Conditioning on a Sunday with Amin a very close second .. in fact, there isn't a class I don't enjoy - I wouldn't be doing them if I didn't like them!! - but the people there really do make it - amazing

Great friendly staff with a good atmosphere to train and work out in. Always spotless and there is always someone close by to give you a hand! I'm a long standing member of fitness bank and even though I don't live in the immediate area any more the extra drive is well worth it! We're all just waiting for the swimming pool to be installed in the roof ;-) (I wish)
