A fanatic little place, while not only being a restaurant, it is also a shop. The food was fanatic, the service was above and beyond what I was expecting. They had some amazing drinks as well as an impressive range of foods for different dietary requirements. The staff where extremely accommodating as well as friendly. I will be definitely returning to this restaurant whenever I'm in the area.

Bill's is great. Friendly and cheerful staff in a stylish and only slightly contrived environment. This is about 100 times better than the neighbouring Jamie's, which is - as they all are - pretty disgraceful, with indifferent students who'd rather talk to each other than provide any sort of service ensuring the decline of that brand. not so in Bill's. Bill's has a lot of competition in St Albans, but knows that and is doing well. Definitely a good spot for lunch or dinner without having to worry about it being stupidly expensive. It's consistent and has set menu options for lunch and early dinner that are competitively priced. Sod it, I might pop in there today. Good work.

Had such a lovely server in this restaurant. We were actually there by chance as everywhere we'd been previously had a big queue. Really good quality food and great staff.

Usual good standard for this chain. Visit was during a quiet Thursday evening so everything went smoothly...only 3 other tables to serve.

Have been hugely disappointed with Bill’s before (in Cardiff) but my partner and I went to this Bill’s after moving here, and redemption has been earned. Wonderful food and service. I had the cod-finger burger and the pecan pie.
