This is an excellent garden centre. The plants tend to cost less and be in better condition than the larger chains,. They tend to stock everything for your gardening needs but not the cheap books & DVDs, children's toys, seasonal tat, etc. so often seen. Anything not in stock can be ordered. Delivery also available.

The tea rooms are quite pleasant and offer a range of hot & cold drinks and various food from bacon sandwiches to walnut cake. Again not overpriced The only negative is that the room can get very hot in sunny weather but then there is outside seating with shading.

Smallish but has most things you might want from a garden center. Nice cafe with reasonable prices. Toilets in outside shed were clean if somwhat damp on the rainy day we went.

Brilliantly helpful staff to a dithering would-be purchaser of trellising, posts and screws!   I was given all sorts of useful advice.
The plants for sale looked in superb condition, and there were many reduced to half-price.  And the Christmas display looked really tempting.  Go there for all your gardening - and Christmas decoration  - purchases.
