Small soft play and on the pricey side (£7 for 4 years +). But it is in the centre of Hemel and perfect if you one of you can do the shopping and the other one can stay. Having said that, it means it does get really busy at weekends and, although there's a big seating area, it's not quite big enough at peak times, so it's probably not a play destination in itself. Play area looks well maintained and well thought out to maximize play area and my child enjoyed it. There is a separate area for very little ones too. Food and drinks are reasonably priced for this sort of place too.

Good place to bring under 10s. Small area for activity but it's well designed and there's a separate under 5s area which is well contained. Large seating area with lots of tables of different sizes. Food is good with lots of options. From cold to hot. Lunch boxes are well priced and after school food is good value too.

Nice little place that doesn't seem to get to busy. My daughter has just had her 3rd birthday there and it was great the staff are very helpful.

Well....overpriced compared to competition, DJ's where you don't have to pay for carpark. Moast annoying, the stuff starts cleaning and clearing the place half an hour before closings time and makes everyone leave. Kitchen closes at 5, if you order 15 to 5 you won't be served (I ordered fruits, not something that really needs cooking ). Unfinished floor, it's been like this for quite a while.

Nice soft play but massively let down by toilets. Have no childrens toilets, not an unrealistic expectation of a childrens facility, and there are no changing facilities in the gents so when the disabled toilet was occupied for 10 minutes my partner had no other options. Made worse by when we asked if there were any potties or childrens toilet seats the staff were quite rude expressing “there is what’s in there”. Not helpful
