I like the ambiance of this restaurant... The food is okay,maybe because I only order macaroni cheese a bit dry...  Dessert is delicious. My daughter have the burger and she love it. Service is good.  My colleague already plan to have Christmas lunch here. . Looking forward to it.

Went to Bill's for an early dinner before a gig at the Arc. Lovely atmosphere.  The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was excellent. Great value for money. I've been to much more expensive places and the food here outdid them by miles. Only disappointment was the service charge that was added to the bill! I like to decide for myself if I am going to leave a tip. Then the waitress asked if we wanted to 'round up' the bill another £6, we said a polite 'no thanks'

Overall very pleasurable experience! Great value for money, great inside staff friendly food took a while to come however was certainly worth the wait. Staff very nice and friendly would recommend! Buttermilk Chicken Burger was amazing

Came here with work colleagues and really enjoyed the food. Lots of choice and a good range of dishes.  On this occasion we were disappointed by the cocktails as some were missing garnishes or tasted bland. If ingredients are unavailable then perhaps this should be made clearer at the time our order was taken. Having said that the staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best to accommodate requests which was much appreciated.

Haven't been to Bill's for ages and I'm asking myself why!  This was a really, really fab brunch...looking forward to my next visit...so my next visit happened...before I got a chance to post this.  Service was good and food fab.  No complaints here!

I ordered 2 sets of pancakes - one bacon stack and one fruit stack. These were some of the best pancakes I have ever had, very fluffy inside and had a great flavour.  The bacon pancake was flavourful, drizzled in enough sauce to moisten the pancake, and salty. However, I found the bacon to be difficult to eat, it was quite tough compared to the pancake which made it difficult to form. It was like I was eating two things that don’t go together.  The fruit pancake on the other hand was rather dry and dull, as it wasn’t covered in as much sauce as the bacon pancake. The fruit on the edge of the plate stole the spotlight, and shouldn’t have been the most enjoyable thing to eat on this pancake dish.

Great restaurant, well presented and delicious food. Service was a little slow, but we weren't concerned by this as we weren't in a rush. The restaurant had quite a small front so it could be quite easy to walk past and miss, but it extends quite far back. Prices were a little high, but quality exceeded expectation. Nice atmosphere, definitely recommend.

We liked the look of this place from the outside and decided to try their breakfasts. Was seated pretty quickly and our order was taken around 10 mins later. My drink and my sons water turned up but my partner had to ask where her coffee was twice, second time she got up and went to the bar to ask. Coffee arrived, well 3/4 of a coffee cup 2 mins later.  Food arrived after half an hour wait, a lot of customers who arrived after us we noticed were tucking into their food long before us.  My partner ordered a plant based breakfast, and specifically asked for gluten free toast with nothing on it…. After eating the first piece of toast she noticed on the underside of all four pieces were soggy green patches. I recognised that this was where at some point mushed up avocado had been……. Probably a mistake in prepping wrong orderThen removed at some point in the kitchen, and then purposely all pieces turned so it wouldn’t be visibly noticeable when served up.  The supervisor was called over and when I pointed out what had obviously happened she refused to believe this would happen, instead she explained the kitchen was soooo small and cramped that the avocado must have been squeezed up against the toast in the kitchen…….really? Not a chance this happened because of a small kitchen. disgusting to make excuses and blatantly lie to the customers face. Luckily for my partner who has many food sensitivities didn’t have a reaction to the food contamination. A server even asked if any of us had food allergies at the end of taking our order. No good asking if nothing is taken that seriously in the “very cramped kitchen”  My sons pancakes were the worst ever, very dry and nothing like the photos I’ve seen other customers get.  My partners meal was taken off the bill and I had no problem asking the staff to take off the 12% service charge.  Will never return or recommend.

Fantastic lunch with the kids, plenty of options on the menu. Chicken burger was excellent. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Great atmosphere, kids friendly. Went shopping on Saturday and got table quickly. I had some meatballs, my husband tried festive burger. Kids had free fish fingers. All very fresh and good price. Danielle was our waitress and she was absolutely lovely. Waiting time was alright. Definitely will be back
