Got a beautiful bedroom blind fitted by Bilanco Blinds. Service as always was first rate from the man who came out to measure for the blind and helped me decide on the best position, he even had samples to show me what it would look like to the fitting of the blind. Excellent personal service and quick what more could you ask for. Would and do recommend this company.

Have dealt with Bilanco Blinds when lived in Falkirk and moved to Kirkcaldy 2004 and venetian blinds fitted by Bilanco they are still in excellent condition. Had minor mishap when doing house renovations that required replacing a small part. Contacted Bilanco online and Audrey responded with excellent service sending me part promptly and at no charge. Have always had excellent service and good quality blinds from Bilanco and look forward to dealing with them in near future.
Called in to this company's office this morning to see if I could get a repair done to a set of blinds I had bought from them some years ago. The service I received from the receptionist and workshop staff was first class. Very refreshing in this day and age to get such service. Thank you all at Bilanco.
Bianco Blinds is the best place to get blinds affordable, good quality i was very happy to purchase my verticle blinds from them . Jason is very good friendly , reliable , knowledgeable , and he explained everything to me about my blinds and i really liked that part of it when he left i felt very satisfied . I recommend Bianco Blinds to everyone that are looking for blinds .
Had a few roller blinds fitted in bathroos and kitchen , also faux wooden venetian blinds at orher windows. Excellent service, quality products. Staff very helpful from choosing to fitting blinds.
Just like to say tyvm to the receptionist lady sorry i have forgotten your name memory real bad at bilanco blinds in grangemouth falkirk. She was very very helpful and saved me alot of money . I had a problem with my blind it wasnt bought from them and she fixed it for me no problem less than minute as well. The company i bought it from shades were charging me alot of money just for a call out to see what was wrong with it then another charge to fix it i went to the shop and they were closed down . So from now on when i need new blinds for my house i will be going to this company and i will recommended them aswell not just because this lady fixed it but because the customer service i recieved was great and she was very helpful . I tried to give the lady a payment but she wouldnt take it and she kindly put it into the charity box that was on her table as i wouldnt accept the money back . It may mean nothing to others but it really means alot to me as she didnt have to do this i thought i was going to have to buy another blind and thanx to this lady i dont have to . I really appreciate what she done for me . If i could give this company more stars i would have. Tyvm for all your help and advice i really appreciated it. X
