recently bought a couple of bread rolls from the bakery section and found a bug inside a sealed roll. They Overpriced and have limited stock or getting recalled due to health and safety issues. Also I have to look and see meat is actually in the meat, my shock was when I came so called steak Sausages 32% beef and 32% pork.
Disabled parking leading up to Christmas was terrible with works Van's and SUVs and large pickups parking in disabled parking spots. I had to drive round for 20 minutes to get parked due to limited mobility. But even in the store I just had to give up. The ignorance of some people especially thinking if the time if year was not what you would expect.
I always enjoy my food, coffee & the horrible looking vegetable soup but it tastes just great.nI popped in on 12/10/23 for lunch & opted for their & toasty+ a coffee all for a fiver BUT I don't think the cook got the timing right re my toastie. It may have been toasted b4 my small fries were ready, so much so my toastie was only luke warm & my chips were nice & hot. I asked Rosie to heat my plate up which she kinafa did. I don't like food being servebmd up on a cold plate nWell if I'm doing a review I like to text the truth.nnSunday 14/3/24nI've been in umpteen times since the last time & today i had their toasty & ordered the cheese & tomato one with the chips & a mug of coffee, ALL FOR A FIVER great value for money nnBUT it came with ham & cheese in it & i told Nicola that was the wrong one - it didn't upset me one wee bit & i was happy to eat it & it tasted lovely it was only a mistake & it can happen to anyone. I also asked for 2 satchets of sause & had that with my meal, but 1/2 way into my meal i asked Nicola for another 2 sachets of sause & she was happy to present them to me nnMy mug off coffee was soon cooling down & normally i would have topped it up with the hot water from the machine BUT it has had a notice on it that it is getting cleaned OR words to that effect & it's been out of action for months on end.nMy guess is it's needing repaired & it's about time it was fixed, & once again Nicola obliged by topping up my mug with water from behind the counter.nSorry no photos were taken.
Great place to shop. Friendly and helpful staff. Keep it up.
Clothing section is an absolute mess. The same items in 10 different places, can't find anything. Jeans section is even worse, all the jeans mixed together, nothing folded. Youll be lucky if you find something you like in the correct size as everything is all over the place
