Really poor service. We got 4 bikes serviced a few months back for a big family bike ride 2 adults bikes, 2 children's bikes. My husband clearly told them to inspect and even replace the seat post on his bike as he suspected it was worn down. Well, they did not, and a day into the bike ride in a very rural area nowhere near any cycle repair services the seat post on his bike snapped off and he had no bike seat! When I raised it with BikePro it took them several days to respond, with prompts, however finally I got a short, watery text message admitting their oversight but no apology. They said they'd refund the £40 immediately, which they did... HOWEVER I later found as my husband had paid for the servicing that the £40 charge is for a child's bike, not an adults which costs more so we were short-changed then as well. The guy I spoke to knew I was talking about an adults bike. Anyway - WE WON'T BE COMING BACK. There are other cycle shops that provide a better service. Shame as it's a local company that otherwise I'd have liked to support. Their loss.
Great price, even greater customer service. Go there without knowing the bike will be in a box, the guys were very helpful choosing some extras and very understanding on time and distance I traveled to get the bike and they agreed to build it on the spot. 2hours later I got the bike home. Thank you for your extraordinary customer service.
My Son has a mobility scooter and had a puncture, I could not find a repair service to get the problem fixed, even company's that sold the scooters locally were not interested in doing a repair, I was at my wits end as the scooter is very important to my son, I was told to try Bike Pro at King's Heath Highstreet, the guys there were not sure if they could repair it but they said leave it with us and we will give it a try. A few hours later they had it done, fab guys, nothing was too much trouble, great price too, I can't praise them enough, no one else would help, they fixed it in a day. A*****.
Love this shop, brought plenty of bikes from there. Purchased an electric bike last week. Would love to give 5 stars, but wasn't told I was getting display bike large scratch on kick stand, didn't see until I got home. I 100% asked if the bikes were in stock and plenty available, was told yes. Also, battery not charged..... So how was I getting home? Really shame, but guess I'll go back again. ps they did exchange battery eventually for a fully charged one.
Bike Pro I’m lucky enough to live close to this shop. I prefer to buy a bicycle in person rather than online. I’ve recently bought a Avil Liv, bicycle. The service I received was welcoming, Informative, within my budget and without the hard sell. Arif listened to me when I told him what I wanted from a bike and what my budget was. The bike was better than I expected too; lightweight, nimble and fun. However I was flamoxed by the new type gear system. So I dropped in on them a few days later and asked how the strange gear system worked. Clearly things have changed since I bought my previous bike 10 years ago! An in person demonstration beats any online video in my opinion. I would never have done what he did to my new bike. That looked very much like breaking it! But now I am very happy with my gears and am enjoying cycling like never before!

Give my bike in there as had a back wheel puncture. I rode the bike back home 15 minute ride by the time i got half way tire was punctured agian think they just changed inner tube but never checked if watever originally punctured the tire was still stuck there hence why it was punctured 10 mins after
I honestly couldn't believe it was my bike when I went in to collect it refer to before & after pictures. Initially planning to sell the bike, but honestly thinking of reconsidering now, especially having rode it home, feels like new! A great job carried out by professional, knowledgeable and friendly team. I will no doubt be back in future. Thanks!
Very good bicycle. Maybe in the near future there will be strava routes that people will be able to enjoy. Coming back one day for that.
I drove past this shop as I needed air filled in my tyres. They let me fill the air in my bike tyres for free! Very good quality service and they didn't even expect me to buy anything. I will be coming here in the future to make any bike or bike accessory purchases.
