Originally located at Priory Queensway we moved to our Bradford St location in a former bicycle factory no less! around 15 years ago before moving to our current location in Boldmere in 2019.We are the area’s only Premier-level Brompton dealer. We are a Shimano Service Centre and have a great workshop that covers everything from Rohloff internal hubs to Di2 and E-bike servicing, wheel building and puncture fixes! Our mechanics are extensively trained and able to offer servicing on Bosch, Fazua, Brompton, Shimano Steps, Yamaha and TQ electric bikes.We stock Trek, Brompton, Whyte, Orro and Raleigh."

Took my son's bike to be repaired after he damaged it during a fall. They explained exactly what was needed and after needing to order the parts the bike was ready for collection within a couple of days . Superb service, expert advice and great prices. Will definitely be using them again. Very happy !
Visited 3 yrs ago when my elbow was broken. Bought a Whyte e bike and smart trainer. Today in the summer of 24 we called back in. The day after Cav won a stage. The guys were helpful and chatty. The brands they sell and the stock is good entry level. Did buy some lights for grandson. Taken a shine to a track pump. The shop is simular to the Mud Dock, Bristol. Loved it.
Booked my partners bike in to have grinding disk brakes looked at. The job was completed in a couple of hours on the brakes are now super smooth. We thought the prices for the work was very reasonable are very happy with the service we received. We actually travelled from Tamworth under a recommendation from another shop that couldn't help us.
The staff here were Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and able to assist me the same day I actually turned up within 10 minutes of calling They were very quick to fix the issue I had with my bike and at a very reasonable price too. I will certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone else who needs repairs or parts or routine work too. Great shop full of lots of accessories and parts and a nice range of bikes too.

Took bike in to have blue tooth dongle added to Di2. While there they notice the cranks were on the recall list. After checking they found faults in them so removed to return to shimano for replacing. Very happy I took the bike into them and they had my safety in mind. Many thanks to the guys.

On your bike staff in Boldmere are knowledgable, enthusiastic and very helpful. Cannot recommend them highly enough
They put an 8 speed cassette on my scott aspect an not only did they not give it a hub service but also didn't put a spacer between the frame an cassette disappointing. I haven't ask you guys to order any 7 speed cassette and it didn't make any sense for you as a bike mechanics to order another 7 speed cassette, when both Shimano shifters, drive train parts were 8 speed from manufacture. You will see from the photographs that the groupset it's an 8 speed as well FC-Ty501 from shimano... and you were saying "that I can't fit 8 speed cassette". When I left the shop, the rear derailleur didn't go on the last high gear sprocket, as the limits screws have been adjusted that way to work only 7 speeds. The spacer that you mentioned, haven't been fitted as the chain on the smaller cog/high gear sprocket was touching the frame...! I NEEDED TO PUT A SHIM IN ORDER TO COMPENSATE THY GAP FROM THE CASSETTE AND THE FRAME! There are more to say, but even the cassette that I've been given, it's doing a big rattling inside... and you say guys it's a brand new cassette... Not to mentioned that I've asked for a receipt for the work and parts, and you didn't want to provide one! I've been to another bike shop and they have done the rear hub service and no sounds ware caused by the hub, just in case you may accuse me of that matter as well!
Replaced battery on my Lappiere e-Sensium plus bearing in the front wheel and recabled the rear derailleur and set up the gears.All running perfectly like a new bike .Thankyou.
