Great service, polite and helpful throughout my ordering and purchasing of my swytch kit ,help me go all through the kit with me to make sure everything was there and gave me some pointers. Only down side was trying to park my car that's not really his fault ! Many thanks
Took my bike in for an urgent repair. They took it in. Sent me updates on what needed doing and how much it would cost. Got the repair completed so I could pick it up before they closed. Excellent service as always and for a very reasonable price. Five stars!
The guys have breathed new life into my old bike and I'm loving the new electric conversion and disc brakes. They've done a first class job and I'm very pleased with it. Their advice has been invaluable and spot on.
Called in for an electric bike query and a new bolt for rear mudguard. Advice provided and no charge for bolt. Well stocked shop and moving business forward to supply/support e-bikes. Friendly and helpful advice. Will return.
First class service and the best staff. They fitted my Swytch bike kit to my old bike, kept me fully updated and even kept my bike there for several weeks with no issues at all when I had to get another wheel from Swytch. They also repaired my daughters bike too to a high standard. I'd go there over Halfords any time.
Poor customer service!! They never called to update me on my bike. Was left for me to chase them. Was told the bike would be ready by the next day. When I contacted them the next day to enquire about the bike they hadn’t even started working on the bike. When I arrived there 2 days later when the bike was questionably fixed the owner was very abrupt and when questioned about his abruptness began raising his voice. I will not be returning.
The staff at this shop are downright rude. One employee treated me with complete disrespect, making it clear they have no interest in helping customers. Avoid this place if you expect basic decency and service. I was treated with blatant disrespect by a staff member who was rude and dismissive from the start. Their behavior was unacceptable and felt like I was being targeted because of my ethnicity. This kind of attitude has no place in any business. Absolutely disrespectful.
Friendly owners, run the local BoB cycling group. Great fun to be with. Great service, and excellent customer relations. Very satisfied. Alhamdulilah very happy to have made their acquaintance as the BoB cycling runs are so enjoyable and create an excellent environment! They even let me borrow a bike for a couple of weeks whilst I got mind repaired and serviced, and helped to source a new road bike. Definitely recommend the personal service. Of course some items are cheaper online, but they're happy to help decide options to choose and free fitting. Must visit!
