Unfortunately, my experience at this particular Big John's is extremely disappointing. Once known for its excellence in serving fresh food, but this particular branch has significantly declined over the years. The food consistently arrives cold, and the wait times are excessively long, making dining here a frustrating experience. The drive-thru operation is poorly managed, often causing congestion and delays for customers. Additionally, the condition of the car park and building leaves much to be desired, with a dated appearance and lack of cleanliness. It's truly disheartening to see such a decline in a place I used to frequently visit this branch. As a result, I can no longer recommend visiting this Big John's location.

I am visiting family here in UK and eating first time Big Johns and I am appauled at the ghetto unprofessional staff workers who jumped and beat up a customer in front of my own eyes. The staff were racist and called him racial slurs and then chased him down and jumped him! 4 staff members beating up this customer. The customer screamed at them leave him alone and other people from other businesses came out to help him. Ghetto!!! my appetite was pretty much gone after seeing the ghetto business act this way. I open my food and the over burnt chicken had a piece of hair in it!!! horrible horrible experience. Place looks like it it run by ghetto filthy bullies!!!

Big Johns is not a bad place at all. The place has its highs and lows. You need to figure out what’s good and what’s not.  We arrived there and the place is somewhat busy.  It can be cleaner and the food is already prepared.  Some of it is fresh. Families do come in.  The donair kebab and chicken kebab is where it’s the best.  That’s what’s going to take time.  It’s absolutely delicious.  The picture I posted doesn’t give it justice.  It’s packed with meat and some lettuce/onions.  Get a bit of their hot sauce.  The fries are good and do not come seasoned. That’s a good thing as seasoning to your taste is better. The chicken sandwich is good. The fried chicken seemed to be a bit greasy. Didn’t try the pizza.  Come take a look. You won’t be disappointed. Think about the place you’re at.  You’re not going to a high end restaurant. This is a greasy spoon kinda place.

Always trusted quality and service, and happy to pay more for good quality and quantity of food, unfortunately food quality has not been the same and portions have gone small eg a kebab in naan looks more like a small wrap. Better go to a local fish and chip.Food: 2/5

Food was fresh some odd chips were bit black other than that restaurant was clean and quite for a Sunday evening prices have creeped up. Car park could bit more clean. Access foe disabled people and ladies with prams.Food: 4/5

The fish was quite big and rightly so at those prices! Its probably so expensive because it's a chain and there's a drive through. The lady on the counter was very friendly and bubbly and she should be promoted or in line for the next position. This is what's missing in most places customer service especially because of the Pandemic. Try the fish and you can justify if the price is right or not.

ordered my kebab from here I was really looking forward to it. I left a note asking for extra salad. An extra sauce. When the kebab came, it was cold there was about two tomatoes, a couple slices of cucumber and not much lettuce .  I had to reheat the kebab and add more salad to make it look more presentable. I know it’s cost of living, but surely they’re not going to go bankrupt on putting a decent amount of salad in. the picture are what l added after

Honestly, never really had a problem with Big John's but lately, the quality has been going down-hill. My chicken tikka wrap was mouldy. Disgusting.Food: 2/5

The worst takeaway in west brom period. High prices for nothing. Their prices keep going up and the quality goes down. The food is disgusting and the customer service is non existent. Would not come here again. Cold chips that tastes like cardboard and chicken wrap that taste like plastic.

I bought full herb and lemon chicken. As you can see chicken is uncooked,still blood in it and it's tasted uncooked too. I started to eat it at work after I collected it but I couldn't do any more even though I had nothing else. This used to be good place,Not anymore. Waited ages for it , still uncooked
