Order with them through just eat. Delivery service was good however they do not pay proper attention to customers orders, I informed them through just eat that I DON'T want cheese put on my burger after doing so I phoned the restaurant to tell them this personally my burger still arrived with cheese. In other words tell them what you want and they'll do what they like at your expense

staff was very nice and polite, pizza was average in my opinion, base was a little doughy for my liking, another few minutes in the oven is really all it needed, amount of toppings was about right, not too little and not too much, flavour was good, would have no problem going to 1st Class Pizza again.  just one thing i noticed is that they do have a raised part & some steps just before the counter with no hand rails or barriors on it to prevent people falling, its fair to say their is no wheelchair access to the counter, its a safety issue that really should be addressed asap in my opinion

This restaurant thinks they’re clever, as they got rid of their just eat account to set up again because they had such bad reviews. The pizza is edible but not tasty at all and most definitely not “1st class”. The milkshakes are also not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re after a good meal. Delivery drivers also beg for a 5 star review.

Food is acceptable but not the best however you get what you pay for at the end of the day. Order was correct and delivery driver was happy. One negative I would like more source options on my wrap and burger on just eat beacuse they only give you the option of Mayo or no Mayo.

We ordered some pizzas hardly any toppings on there.  I called them first the cut the phone off then said they said it's expensive to buy thing's and we are the only one's that are open and we can charge want we like .  He was very rude and was willing to nothing at all. Can't believe how they treat customer very very very unfair.  I will be reporting them as we can not be treated like this .

Absolutely waste of money! Bought two large pizzas and collected them only to come home and find the dough of BOTH PIZZAS to be uncooked, soggy and stretchy. The topping was quite stingy even with the margarita! Very basic and plain pizza. Would have better off made a pizza at home and enjoyed it!

I went to pick up an order from this restaurant called 1st class pizza in West Bromwich and I found the customer service very rude and unprofessional. I was shocked with the service I got and hearing the inappropriate language they were using. They didn’t follow the 2m protocol and were not handling items wearing gloves which is concerning for us Uber drivers and customers who are eating their food. When I questioned them about the gloves they threatened to give me a negative feedback which they did either way, just for questioning them about why they’re  not wearing any gloves & And hygiene safety guidelines

Excellent pizzas.. Great toppings.. Create your own pizza and also vegetarian option.. If you need fast food then this place is a good choice. Kills the hunger feelings for a few hours try it out I'm sure you will appreciate it.. Try my favourite one. Chicken sweet corn pineapple with ham..

We ordered for a delivery for the first time and I have to say the food was very delicious and nice and hot. Delivery time was good and the staff very polite and humble. Very happy We will definitely be ordering from here again.
