At Mr Singh's all vegetarian restaurant & takeaway vegetarians are treated to a delightful selection of meat-free alternatives that rival their carnivorous counterparts. From hot dogs to chicken burgers, tandoori chicken-style pizzas and delicious French fries, Mr Singh's offers a diverse menu catering to vegetarian tastes. The four star rating I have given is largely attributed to the standout dish, the chilli paneer pizza, which boasts a perfect blend of spice and cheesiness that tantalizes the taste buds with every bite, which In my opinion is the highlight of Mr Singh's menu. While the food impresses, the ambiance could benefit from a modern touch. The décor and furnishings appear dated, detracting slightly from the overall dining experience for those choosing to dine in-restaurant. The Service is satisfactory but could be more attentive to elevate the dining experience further. As far as beverages go, Unfortunately, the milkshakes leave something to be desired, lacking the thick, creamy texture that milkshake aficionados crave. In conclusion, Mr Singh's offers a vegetarian haven for those seeking flavorful meat-free options. While there are areas for improvement, such as updating the ambiance and refining the milkshake offerings, the delicious food makes it a worthwhile dining destination for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. I’d go as far as saying in terms of takeaway pizzas it’s possibly up there as one of the best in the midlands & surrounding areas.
Food is great always fresh and tasty however today my mum wanted to order a pizza for herself she went into the store her total order was under £10 they told her she couldn’t pay by card as it has to be £10 or more and had to add more to her order. She only had her card on her which is why she couldn’t pay by cash. She ended up paying £20 for her total order. However, about 3 weeks ago I went into the store and ordered only curly fries which were less than £5 and paid by card. Not happy about this as I really do enjoy the food but not happy about having to pay more
Worst food really unhygienic. I had ordered a veg piza . When i bite a slice the onion skin stuck in my throat and I wasn’t able to breathe . When i call them to report they said we can offer you discount instead of apology.. and the lady was laughing and said sometimes it happened ..Food: 1/5
Ordered from here and I cant not begin to describe how awful the service is!! My order of just 2 pizzas arrived nearly 2 hours late... with 1 pizza being vegan. Once the pizzas arrived they got the order incorrect, making the Vegan pizza non vegan, even though this was stated on the order clearly!! We were sent a replacement which came over 1 hour later. Clearly they do not take allergy and dietary requirements seriously! Never ordering from them again!!! Would be giving 0 stars if I could!
The food here is so good and amazing, but their delivery service was shameful. Our food was over an hour late, and it was for a birthday celebration. We had to phone and chase and were given updates that bore no relation to reality. They also marked the order as "Delivered" on JustEat, an hour or more before it actually arrived.Food: 5/5

Placed an order just after 5 they told us it’s going to take 45- 1 hour ended up arriving at our house at 7:25 but it was cold. The lady who delivered our food then began to blame us that our food was l”cold as we don’t have a house number. However once she touched the box she continuously argued with us even after admitting it was cold. when we called back to mr Singh a lady answered the phone and politely told us we could get our food re send freshly made. The driver was rude and didn’t listen to us while also saying that we should just re heat the food up as it was our fault it was cold.
Do not waste your money!! Ordered food via uber eats and a 30min delivery turned in 1hr 30mins...finally after 2 phone calls to chase it finally arrived... COLD! Pizza had hair in one of the slices, that box went in the bin. As the manage their own delivery uber eats does not support you. Mr singh's... Never again!!
Very poor service!! and the pizza was very disappointing, the toppings were too lesser and always just cover the pizza with lots of cheese!! then one member of staff agreed to make another pizza but another employee disagreed, so all over very bad food and service!!!Food: 1/5
When I have visitors from afar, they always want me to order from here based on the hype. I get a mixed reaction. Some of them enjoy it and want it again, some tend to be disappointed. I personally find the pizzas a bit on the dry side myself, and a little pricey for what they are unless you get an Uber Eats discount code. Not sure if they still do their own delivery service since getting on Uber Eats, but I wouldn't recommend ordering delivery direct from them if they do. I've previously had occasions when I've been quoted 2-3 hours. The customer service has never really been that great, and the added occasional sarcasm towards customers on social media channels doesn't really help that improve. That said, as long as my guests continue to want the famous Mr Singh's Pizza, I will continue to be a customer.
