Pizza was dry. The pizza had no tomato base which made the pizza taste too doughy. Chips were raw. I spoke to the Manager and he laughed at me. He didn't apologise for the quality of their food. As you can see, the staff are quite rude and the food does not taste great at all. I will not be returning. Disgusting and a waste of money. Not to mention, the food took ages to arrive and I was disappointed to find the poor quality of food. I would avoid this place.
WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR SERVICE. We are sixth form students and we ordered food at 11:15am for our order to be delivered at 12:25. The order came at 1:10 which is when our next lesson STARTS. This is unacceptable as we specifically told the person that we are a school and our order needs to be on time. We asked the delivery man why this was and he replied that we should order the night before if we have a big delivery which is ridiculous because that is not what they would reply to a customer if they ordered directly at the shop and it does not take that long to make burgers. Whilst eating the food the chicken inside the burger was sooo small each bite I took consisted of bread. Not only this but we ordered a large fries and it did not come. We ordered a 7up but were given a pepsi instead. Everything we asked was dismissed and the shop nor the delivery man apologised for there vile actions. Hence, we will not be ordering from you again and we will not be recommending you either.
Me and my friends ordered at 11:15 am, and were told that our order would arrive at 12:25 pm - our order did not arrive until 13:10. We are sixth form students, and our lunch time finishes at 13:10, so we were very disappointed, as our lunch time was wasted with us waiting outside the school gate. I ordered a 7up alongside my meal which was mixed up with a pepsi. A large portion of fries was also ordered which was not delivered. Overall, my experience with Chicken Xpress was very disappointing.
Really poor effort guys. I was only passing through as I work mobile, I visit different places every day. This was by far the worse chicken burger I've ever tasted. The chicken was made the night before are super tough. With no shortage of chicken places in the town, you need to up your game. I will stick with dixes or mackys in the future.
The food come “chicken “ smelt like fish tasted like fish and when I rang up they said they don’t do fish and there out of stock of fish but when my friend rang up asking for a fish filet he asked what her address was dint say they was out of stock or they don’t sell it but then put the phone down! Avoid this place they are rude smug and unprofessional..AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!
Very poor food quality, uncooked, soggy pizza dough, the order was incorrect when arrived and we waited over 2 hours for it. I wouldn't recommend eating from this place.
Decent food, sometimes the staff seem they can't be bothered to make it
Rubbish quality i ordered extra cheese on a pizza but was only given the standard amount when asked where the extra cheese is was told i am the owner and this has extra cheese on it poor customer service will not be coming back!
Food an ok a bit thin on the level of chicken and not cooked enough pink inside
