As per usual it was decent, only issue was my chicken was drier than usual, I haven’t visited this nandos branch before so I’m not sure if this is common from this branch. There was no clean cutlery, it was all stained and had to wait 10 minutes until clean ones were ready, but these were brought to my table by staff.Food: 3/5
Have always chose this Nandos location as my #1 favourite place. Lovely food as always and best part is it’s 100% Halal. Great atmosphere, great customer service and great food. What more can you ask forFood: 5/5
Away on a work trip and found a local Nandos to eat at after a long drive and full day training. Food was fine, staff/service not so much. I was given the wrong side with my meal, one of the staff members was quite rude and argued that it was what I ordered, even after showing her my receipt. The correct side was brought out in the end but no apology was given.
1st time in here and the last - what a filthy hole nothing was clean from the plates to cutlery & glasses ? How can this be ? Everything was dirty ... food supposed to be cooked fresh for you ? Really?? ours was cold £30 wasted in a dirty place !! Only decent thing about here was the lady who showed us our seat she was very out going and welcoming that I thank you for !!!
I’ve been here a few times but todays visit made me want to leave a review. Food was great as usual. But what made the experience, was the young tall guy who noticed I had left the restaurant and even though I was quite a few steps away and he didn’t even serve my table, still made the effort to shout over a goodbye and waved. It truly made my day, that’s what customer service is all about. Thank you so much, you never know when someone needs kindness! This happened 14/07/23 around 3:45
I am currently visiting the UK from Canada and I was meeting a friend from high school in West Bromwich. She suggested that we go to the Nando's location at the New Square Shopping Centre. Overall, the service was very good. The ordering experience, itself, is different to what I am used to in Canada. We found an empty table and I placed the orders using a QR code. The food was served quickly and with a friendly smile. As I expected, the food was excellent, and, together with the overall ambiance of the restaurant, it was a very pleasant dining experience.
Near the bus station and West Bromwich central tram station, Nando’s is located. Soft drinks are refillable and a dozen of spicy sauce along with cutlery are offered. If you have a buggy or wheelchair, and need the toilet, feel free to take this place. However, its chairs need to be refurbished.Food: 4/5
First time here and it was not as busy as I thought it would be on a Saturday afternoon. We were greeted by a very friendly lady who gave us all the appropriate information. Toilets were upstairs and clean. There was only one person on the till which took a while because they spent a long time explaining menu items to other customers, but they were patient. The food was tasty and hot, we didn't have any issues. Vegetarian options: There are a few options, such as the mushroom and halloumi burger and pitta, a bean burger, and a new soya based fake meat burger Parking: There is the main New Square car park that is by the Tesco Superstore. Quite cheap parking and even when busy you can find a space. Opposite it is also an NCP car park Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level entrance to the restaurant, you can remove chairs from a table for a wheelchair to get there
Massive Kudos needed to all the staff working today at the West Bromwich restaurant! We attempted to go 3 times but seeing how busy they were came away first 2 times, third time at around 4pm we entered the restaurant was seated pretty fast, despite how busy they were all the staff we encountered were smiling, there were things that were not available but they did there best to offer alternatives or solutions, there efforts today did not go unnoticed and I just wanted to say thank you for the lovely food and good service despite being extremely busy they pulled together and showed amazing team work and ensured everything ran as smoothly as possible! Again HUGE THANK YOU
Halal We came here late on a Saturday night, almost at closing time. Despite the time, and the fact that we had a large gathering, they welcomed us with kind words and a smile. They were happy to serve us. The food was cooked perfectly and served very quickly as well. Massive respect to the people that were working there.
