There are some places that stand or fall on commercial principles: the prices, the quality, the "brand", the "product" and the promise. But there are other places that exist in another dimension. They base their existence on a kind of love. A love not for themselves or their ambitions, but a love of people - of society, of community. Diverse, yet sharing a common direction and outlook on life. Biddle Brothers is one of those places. Timeless, welcoming, happy in an effortless way. Contenting. I saw a band there called Angry. They were beautiful.
Biddles is a great little bar, with good atmosphere, cool people and gets great music acts, we saw the Long String Hawkers there. Good Times,Service: 5/5
Proper vibe, full of characters with a thirst for a good drink. Football occasionally is a treat for the alternative football fan. Not your typical football gaff though and not always on, which is cool. Great for local live bands out the back. One of the last true pubs of Hackney, which was never a pub in the first place. Love it.Service: 5/5
Been driving past here for a few years always noticed a crowd outside on the weekends and wanted to check it out. Nice vibe and good crowd even on a Sunday. Bar / karaoke staff were lovely! Will be coming back
Popped in after walking by. Stayed for a couple of pints. Good beer. Easygoing, friendly atmosphere.

Yeah it’s a good boozer and part of the reason folk go there is because they have live music …..but you probably don’t know that the owner doesn’t pay the musicians to play. Why do they think musicians should play for free whilst they’re getting money behind the bar??. It’s a disgrace really. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
No idea about Food,the Service is fine they do take cash,the Atmosphere is wonderful, live music every night.Heard and saw the great guitarist and singer A.J.MURRAY Saturday 23/3/24Service: 5/5
