I have visited this place many times and have always loved the food. The salt and pepper chicken wings are the best I have had from any place. This time I tried out the shepherd pie and it was lovely. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. It is very child friendly and they offer child seats. Parking is good also. I have to mention that the staff are really friendly. We were greeted with staff opening the doors for us. A very special thanks to Hamid who was our waiter, absolutely fantastic service from him. He made us feel very welcome and made sure that our experience was the best. He really deserves to get credit for his work, a true asset to your restaurant. 5* to him. Thanks Hamid.

The service was poor, the food was missing an item I paid for and when I called, the person was rude. The food was a a measly portion in all the food I ordered! The chicken burger was disgusting!
Never ordering food from here again.
I asked if you sell chicken burgers and you went to your business next door, through the kitchen access.
I was very disappointed as you are local to me and I feel it's a great shame ! But this sadly was my experience.

Usually love the food. But when it’s 11pm at night and you have been given chips that seem to have been made hours ago! 😡 why can’t you just make sure you stick to the standards? That’s why people keencoming back!

What an absolute disgrace. Waited an hour n half for order for it to be wrong. Pregnant and can't eat what they sent just wanted my original order and was told would be a further 45mins... they got they order wrong n now I'm having to wait over 2 hours for food..  will not be using them again and do not recommend them as customer service is horrendous aswel
