I've been a customer at Biped Cycles for over 10 years, at the old shop in Free Street and to Ship Street now. 

Jason and his staff are always helpful and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that you get the product you need. Stock is up to date and often supported by an honest staff review if it's been worn, ridden or used. No question or request is to much trouble. The shop has moved with the times and are not afraid to try new and emerging industry technologies and concepts. I've been riding tubeless since it first broke through thanks to Biped! 

Mechanical repairs are always completed quickly and to the highest standard. Nothing leaves the shop unless it is 100%  

I always recommend Biped to anyone close by, passing through or a who are looking for good online deals.

Just purchased new Rocky Mountain Altitude 750 replacing Trek Ex 9 also bought from Biped four years ago.  Excellent,  professional and friendly advice as always from Jason and Joe.

Having just riden the bike for three days in The Peak District, as Jason advised, the bike is exactly what I wanted.  Definitely would recommend this shop to anyone.

After sales service is also excellent.  Thanks Biped!!

I brought my Specialized StumpJumper in last Saturday after the rear wheel locked up while riding 'the gap'. It was late Saturday and was looking forward to riding the next day. They did a fab job getting me going again and wouldn't take a penny for their troubles True customer service and a great cycle shop too. Thoroughly recommended if you are in the Brecon area.
