From the moment we arrived we were greeted in a friendly manner by the team, and Chris took a lot of time with us to understand exactly what it was we wanted. He was very patient, bringing out many different bikes for us to try (the stock of used bikes is huge, by the way) until we found one that was just right. I was very tempted by the electric bikes (4 brands plus used ones to choose from) but felt I was not quite ready for that yet, being young(ish) and fit(ish). I can't recommend this place highly enough - it's not exactly in a prominent position, which means you have to find it (this was easy with the well placed direction signs though) but it is definitely worth a visit. We had previously looked in other retailers but found the service was lacking and prices somewhat high for what we wanted. We paid a lot less for a better quality bike (used, yes, but fully serviced and 100%) at Chris's Cycles. The eggs were a nice bonus too (and very tasty, thank you). We will be back for sure when the children need to move up to their next big bike!

I'm so happy with my new old bike: you knew exactly what I was after (an improvement on my heavy, scruffy 'shopping' bike ). You produced a road bike in excellent condition, light and quick, which whizzes along with little input from me - and it was a very good price . I'm looking forward to many proper bike rides on it. Thank you Chris.

I bought a Volt ebike through Chris's cycles, the service was fantastic, i never felt pushed and found the whole experience at the shop helpful as there was a great range of bikes to choose from. I was given Lots of advice and tips, Chris is really knowledgeable. A great business and I would definitely recommend him.

Excellent quick service and very friendly. Took my bike in to have a repair done the same and all working smoothly now. Will definitely be using Chris's Cycles again!
