We bought a bike from them and they have looked after it, if we was to upgrade we would go back to them. I would recommend them to friends and family. Staff are very friendly and helpful

Great Shop with wide range of stock covering all disciplines of cycling, great fleet of electric hire bikes. good local trail knowledge. Thumbs up from me :-).

The mobile mechanics that supported me and c.300 cyclists during the Newcastle to London 24 challenge were fantastic and were able to understand my requirements as a customer (needed to pay by card, and quickly to allow me to catch up to the group). I heard other great things from these chaps in the group. Good job chaps!
