Fantastic community, and great culture. When my partner and I joined, we were new to the gym lifestyle, and the trainers and other members made us feel welcomed, and were always happy to answer any and all of our questions. Definitely recommend checking out Brighton BFT!
I couldn’t recommend a gym environment, community or program more. The trainers are top of the line in their passion and knowledge, the members are extremely welcoming and the programming is always ensuring that you’re getting fitter while keeping injury free. When you find the combination of everything listed above you’d never think of going to another gym!
I don't think there are enough words to describe Body Fit Training Brighton but I guess One Big Family springs to mind. The Owners and Trainers are awesome, energetic, focus on technique and they don't mind a good laugh and dig at themselves, and when they aren't instructing they get involved in the classes. Everyone enters the studio as individuals or for many a group of friends, but we are one big team when it comes to training. An environment has been created to smash our own goals out of the park and be pushed to our limits, but you assist others around you achieve theirs in every session. Come down and check out the Body Fit Training Brighton community and have a go.
Love this gym! Fun, inclusive, and different from any gym I’ve been to before. The trainers are all extremely knowledgeable and provide individual support in a group setting. Even though they’re tough, the classes fly bye quickly because they keep you really engaged, especially as they have all the exercise demos on the screens with set times and rep ranges etc.
The trainers are all very lovely and willing to help, they are always very positive, energetic and push you to achieve your goals making everyone feel welcome and involved. The workouts are challenging and rewarding. I love coming everyday and seeing my gym family!
Body Fit Training Brighton is amazing! The workouts are individualised, challenging, and perfect for beginners through to the regular gym-goer. All exercises and classes are thoughtfully planned out, and change every time, pushing you further and creating results. I have done the gym everyday thing and tried F45 - BFT not only has amazing trainers, and a clean and well-structured environment, but feels like family. Cannot recommend highly enough!
Amazing gym. State of the art programs. Trainers are all very caring and knowledgeable. Individual attention when needed. A great sense of belonging in the gym community. I really recommend coming in to have s look and try out . You won’t be disappointed.

Amazing gym with professional trainers and sessions which are scientifically structured to give you the results you're after. Very clean, well run and it's evident there's a tight knit community building down at Body Fit Training Brighton.
Can't describe what Body Fit Training Brighton has done both Physically and Mentally for me. Great atmosphere to train in, lots of support and guidance and they're unbelievably professional. If you're looking to get stuck back into a fitness regime I'd highly recommend.
