It's a great class and produces results. The instructors are all very professional and tailor the class to individual need and the sessions are great fun and suit all ages and levels of fitness. As an unfit middle aged commuter, I attended to lose weight and become fitter and I've achieved this. The classes also made me feel so much more positive in myself generally. Whenever I've attended I've always enjoyed the sessions and felt 100% better. I'd thoroughly recommend this Brighton Kettlebells!

Just an awesome way to get fit, tone up and have fun at the same time! There's always a good vibe at every class, and trainer Christian takes the time to make sure you get the right technique - you'll go for beginner to kettlebell pro in no time! Whether you're new to exercise and looking to get back in shape, or (like me) a regular gym-goer wanting to take your fitness to the next level, this is a great option.

I went along to a boot camp upon advice from a friend. It was designed to suit all levels of fitness and fitness is what Brighton Kettlebells delivered.. I was signed up for 6 weeks and stayed for a year....Everyone is made welcome. Highly recommended.

Discovering this class was a great find. It hurst, it burns, I hate it... I love it! Dedicated trainers who know their stuff and push you constantly. Good fun though, with visible gains in my strength and stamina which makes me want to change my calendar to make space for more classes. Keep pushing us please!

I have trained with Christian when he he first introduced Kettlebells and I have also used Christian for personal training. I have found his kettlebell bootcamps with the diet and training the most effective way for me to see results. Great fun but effective workouts.
