Thank you so much for a fantastic 2 night stay on the occasion of my daughter's wedding. Your staff are amazing, so kind, considerate and helpful - all going the extra mile to help as my husband is very disabled. The meals were all perfectly cooked,   served, and delicious Thank you all again.

I stopped here with my son when I took him to watch snooker in Leicester. The hotel was lovely, rooms nice and clean and both our meals were superb. What really made it memorable though were the staff who were fantastic to me and my son. We will definitely be back next year.

Went for lunch - mine arrived last and was cold and very unappetizing.   Such a shame, place is very quirky,  lots of nooks and crannies. Its quite difficult to park - there is off road parking but it's quite difficult to turn around - best do it before everyone else arrives.  Nearby activities: Lots of things to do within a short distance.  Food & drinks: Melton Mowbray is now the rural food hub of England.   Lots of food festivals.

We love a great Sunday lunch out and as usual the Sysonby Knoll Hotel was to a very high standard our plates were cleared. Great food, great price, great venue, great menu and lovely staff. Highly recommended.

Came here with a big party for food, as I have a few food sensitivities they planned a meal in advance for me with no complaints! It was all fantastic food, the whole party was very pleased and we would definitely come back again! Highly recommendService: 5/5

I ate dinner at a rotary club meeting here. The food was traditional English fare, very tasty and good sized portions.

Visiting family in Melton Mowbray, with our two greyhounds, so contacted reception first to check whether the hotel is dog friendly and to make a lunch reservation. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and we were given the warmest welcome. Dogs are always welcomed in the bar or garden dining area but they reserved the ‘Green Room’ for us, a private dining room off the main reception, which is carpeted. We felt like royalty and staff even brought a bowl of water for the dogs on arrival. Best Western you should be proud of your staff and their attention to detail. They certainly got it right!
