Shocking service. Used years ago and would never recommend to anyone and have saved a few people who were considering to use. We use for a house purchase, we were constantly chasing updates and progress and updates. Very quick to win your business but once payment has been made progress slows. We found more information from the other solicitors firm. In the end the deal fell through due to issues with the seller, which had Best completed a basic search, which we was charged a very over inflated price for, it would have been discovered the issues with prevented the sale. Our advise is save yourself the hassle and grief. They maybe we'll priced or even the cheapest, but that's for a reason! What they are BEST at is getting your money and not communicating

Very poor service, we paid £300 back in February for the solicitors to start the searches and have just phoned today (13.4.18) and they still haven't started them. I also sent them documents on the 6th March and have just been told today they still hadn't received them (they hadn't checked their emails and have now located these documents). That leads me on to the horrendous lack of communication from the solicitors, i have sent several emails with no response. I am so disappointed and would not recommend this company to any of my friends who are in the pipeline of buying a house. We are first time buyers and the seller has no chain, so it baffles me it is taking this long to sort. Save your money and go elsewhere, i wish i would have done!

Jill, Shannon and Kerrie dealt with our house purchase impeccably, always kept us informed, chased sellers solicitors on a regular basis. Always on point and made the process as smooth as they possibly could! Will use again for sure. Thank you!
