Excellent service from trustworthy professionals PM Law took all the worry and stress from me during my recent house move, handling every part of the sale/purchase, yet always keeping me informed. They were extremely responsive to my questions and the team proved to be knowledgeable also, navigating quite a few complex issues, as well as difficult parties! Honest, friendly, flexible and completely trustworthy - would 100% recommend.

Awful. We are in a chain with these solicitors at the bottom and they are causing the chain to collapse with their incompetence. They don’t know what they are doing and they are making the process unbearably stressful. They pretend they are ready to exchange but they actually are not and on the day of exchange delay after delay after delay. We are 6 days now trying to exchange and these solicitors ruin it everyday with their incompetence and they have costed the innocent people in the chain thousands of pounds. We are practically homeless because all of our stuff is in storage because they lied and said they were ready when they obviously wasn’t. I don’t know how they allowed to get away with it. I just hope what goes around comes around.

I was very dissatisfied with the handling of my legal issue. Emails were ignored along with a complaint I made. I felt the solicitor had no empathy for my situation and was more interested in running a conveyer belt claims regime. I would never use this company again.

PROOF I HAVE AFTER £500 compensation awarded by the Legal ombudsman service, following my concerns raised in the public interests as a client sacked by PM LAW. PM LAW solicitor and head demanded some £10,000 in fees or they would sue me potentially. They were found negligent as recorded phone calls were examined by the legal ombudsman and forensic written communication. A customer that took no chances. This firm made me mentally ill at the time with their practices. Poor service has a pattern with this firm and they tend to say any old rubbish to get out of jail, so to speak When you go compare online reviews on their google reviews you can see across the board this firm are a concern. I found them to be a waste of their space and have proven the same for even them to challenge as I beat them fair and square and as an unqualified solicitor, but instead a litigant in person. When I complained to them in the first instance, they sent me 100 pages of drivel, which amounted to unqualified rubbish, whilst they were clearly in breach of the SRA rules The ombudsman service wrote to the SRA recently stating the following To: ., SRA Thu, 8 Dec at 15:49 Dear Sir/Madam I hope you are well. I have investigated Mr Nelson's service complaints regarding PM Law Ltd following your referral to ourselves on 17 May 2021, copy attached. I have found the firm's service to have been unreasonable for three of Mr Nelson's complaint points and have arranged for the firm to make a payment to Mr Nelson of £500 for the distress and inconvenience caused. Whilst investigating, Mr Nelson flagged the fact that the firm failed to provide him with six monthly updates as to costs as stated within their terms and conditions. As this is a regulatory breach rather than a service issue, I would be grateful if you could contact Mr Nelson directly to review this aspect of his complaint. Avoid! Shocking service. My solicitor hasn’t communicated with me since June! I’m told she’s on annual leave every time I phone and my file is on hold. If you get through to someone on the phone they will put you on hold till forever and after an hour and a half they will hung up. I have emailed the complaints team and they haven’t done anything, not even emailed me back to say they received my email. I have explained how critical is we get the files signed off and have a completion date but no one cares. The actual solicitors have a 2 hours break everyday, from 12 till 2, so if you phone between these hours you have no chance. Not that you have a chance to get through to them at any other time. Talking from experience, emailing and phoning them everyday, for a month and a half now. Someone needs to do something, they’re ruining peoples’ lives. One star because it wouldn’t let me write the review without selecting one star. I’d give them no stars at all.

I can’t think of a more disgusting service than this. Never picks up their phone. Each day up to 1 hour waiting and no pick up. I wish I never started with them. If you just paid for their servicee, try get refund and go with someone else. If little fees already taken and no refund, it’s worth the loss and just find someone else. I wish I read reviews before going ahead with this stupid comparison website that suggested this awful and disgusting service. If you with them there is a good chance you’ll lose your house before the mortgage is completed. The problems is no one listens and they don’t care about the service they provide. Wish if there was zero star to give. DO NOTTTTTT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I needed legal advice and assistance because of a work related problem. Their team was very helpful and explained every stage of my case. I am very happy with the outcome. I would choose them again.

I own a property with my mother she instructed a ToE on 1st April to removed me from the deeds, there is no mortgage so a simple process. It is still not complete. Customer service is shocking, can't speak the case handler. Constantly given incorrect information. Was told it was ready just needed payment, then a query was outstanding that they hadn't sent, which we had been told had been, now they haven't had the right documents from land registry. Blaming everyone but themselves. Case handlers keep changing we are on the 4th, this says a lot! I may lose my purchase due to this delay unless i want to pay a higher stamp duty. Awful is a not strong enough word and 1 star is too high. Also they won't let the issue be escalated. Steer clear if this is the service on a simple case I hate to think of something more complex.

Can't score any lower or I would have marked zero stars.Terrible service, complete lack of communication, limited qualified people, significant hold-ups throughout the conveyancing, rude employees, never return phone calls. They say you get what you pay for. They're cheap, and for good reason. Avoid at all costs, they will risk you losing your sale.
