To those who might be beginning to think these guys must write their own Google reviews I can assure you that my own testimony is both true and unsolicited ;) Both Gavin and Hughie have been consummate professionals and continually helpful in terms of general advice - well beyond any terms of contract. This assistance and guidance started before I had even engaged their services and I would not hesitate in recommending them to any landlord.

Not living in the area I needed someone I could trust and rely on to look after and manage our property. I chose Belvoir firstly because of the information by Gavin on their website. It was friendly and informative but the main reason was it was not pushy or full of jargon and I automatically felt I could trust them. After meeting face to face and speaking on the phone both Gavin and Hugh made the whole process very easy and explained things fully along the way. I have been so impressed and felt so assured with all of the updates and could not be happier in my choice of using this team. It is very comforting knowing they 'have your back' and are always there to sort out any issues. Believe me, there has been boiler issues, shower issues and electric issues and all have been handled swiftly with no fuss and these issues rectified and that is what you need when you are so far away and unable to respond to any outstanding actions. I really cannot rate both Gavin and Hugh highly enough and would definitely recommend them to anyone. I would like to say a big THANK YOU to both of them for all of their hard work and patience. After experiencing  and wasting some 6 weeks with another larger agent and having to endure such a poor and unprofessional-ism with them, we soon realised we made the right decision to change to Belvoir Lettings 
We have found you to be professional,  give good advice with a hands on approach to all matters.

I have rented out my property for two years with Belvoir Thanet and the team have been professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They have dealt with any tenant queries, changes of tenant and paperwork smoothly, quickly and efficiently. Highly Recommended!
