"Our Italian restaurant is located in the Lowry Shopping Centre, very close to the Lowry Theatre, and not very far from Media City and Old Trafford. So join us to revive yourself after hitting the shops or for a pre-theatre meal. Brilliant choice for tea, we opted for the set menu of 3 courses and portions were great. Choices of pizzas and pastas, meat and vegetarian choices. Liked how they checked before submitting the order if we had any allergies. Food tasted fantastic and service was friendly and quick.
Food quality is bad, poor service and horrible pricing. Not recommended and not worth it. This is not an experience for Italian food
I’ve been to many Bella Italia restaurants but I have to say this one was nicer than others. As soon as we arrived the staff were so friendly and attentive, they couldn’t do enough for us. The food was really delicious and yes, it’s slightly expensive but the quality was certainly good. Will call again if in the area.
The food was amazing me and my friend both went for the set menu. Great prices, great service especially from Alex who was attentive and friendly. Honestly can’t recommend it enough!!
5 star rating. Good location. Great food. Amazing service specially Mr Andy who went out of the way to make our dining experience memorable. Kudos to entire team.
There was a bit of a wait and when you enter we weren't approached right away to be seated. But in the end the food was good and the server pleasant.
I couldn’t give a 0 star because it was the worst food ever. Unwashed glasses the gamberonis was disgusting my friends who ordered pasta’s aswell were disappointed. Definitely a 0 out of 10!!!!
We booked that evening and rang on the phone to book. The person on the other end sounded robotic though personable so it was potentially AI. When we arrived the booking hadn't been acknowledged. The ladies on the desk were very helpful and managed to fit us in quite quickly as we were in a hurry. The food came quickly which was great but the two spaghetti dishes were slightly flavourless and very watery. I appreciate this could have been because they were trying to get it out to us quickly but on past visits it has been similar. The staff were lovely apart from one man who I tried to pay the bill with who very grumpily told me to sit down as a lady will come over. I don't think we'll be going again.
We were slightly sceptical after seeing the rating not the reviews on Google Maps but, having been to Bella Italia elsewhere, we thought we would take a risk as we needed somewhere that was available prior to our theatre booking. We were so glad we made that choice. From the moment we walked into the busy restaurant nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome, even special. Despite being busy the team took time to engage in some polite conversation, and share their humorous views on some of the challenges they'd faced during the week with the online booking system and the errant fire alarm both of which we experienced. After ordering some water along with our beers, and being served it by the manager, the waitress who took that part of the order still came back to check it had been delivered. It is attention to details such as that which make customers feel as if you are not just another cover. It was also a pleasure to see the team genuinely enjoy working with each other, a credit to the manager for fostering an excellent team spirit. The service aside, the food was also excellent quality and value for money. Well done.
Their staffs are very friendly. But the food choices on the menu and quality is just average.
