Lively place, bright and airy. Usually under staffed though. The staff work so hard. Have waited nearly an hour before for food to all arrive. Always worth a visit if you have a voucher from the website. Like pizza and pasta for a fiver, Tuesdays. The portions are normally generous but have had food that feels reheated. Always a good option on a budget with that voucher!!!

This is the worst place we have been she charged me too much order took 2 hours ,grilled chicken they said it’s over cooked we can order it for you if you want , no puddings & service is not good

Feel sorry for the few staff that work here... This is very nearly a 2 star rating btw. Restaurant was chilly at Saturday lunchtime (luckily we all wore jumpers). 3 course lunch took a whole 3 hours! Some deserts were unavailable and then they ran out of milk!! The food was alright but just not worth the wait. I think the menu needs a revamp.

Food was alright and the waitress Sara was really good, although it looked like she was being run ragged, I observed the management the whole time I was here, all they did was aimlessly walk about not helping or directing their struggling staff. I work as a manager in the hospitality industry and found their approach at their job disgusting!

Tonight 30 of us descended on Bella Italia for a family meal. I can’t praise them enough for the service and food, we’ve had a fab time. Special thanks goes to our waitress as she’s only been there a couple of weeks and was brilliant. Well done 👍
