love Burger King but food not as good as any others I’ve been to and can’t seem to offer simple things that other burger kings can the staff are rude

I ordered for a 5.30 delivery but didn't get my items till 6.00 not a problem, until it didn't have all my order (kids meal missing) I ask for a whole meal to be sent out again as ours would get cold waiting for my child's meal. The shift manager night of 23-2-18 was very rude on the phone and said if I went to just eat for money off or refund she will denie everything and not send my child's food out. Just eat rang them aswell and she was even rude to them apparently.
DON'T NOT USE AT ALL!!!!!!!

Always prefer Burger King to McDonalds. Nicer burgers, nicer fries too. Service at Medway was a little slow tonight though.

Burger King is a great restaurant, and I always enjoy eating their delicious food, and when I order meals at burger king I always receive good customer service.
