Bella Fresca is a fully licenced Italian delicatessen and bistro, established in 1997 by Tony Colella & Lucio Celino. Bringing Glasgow the finest European meats, wines & specialised groceries such as pastas and condiments. The bistro features a full menu as well as daily specials. Nice friendly Italian in Cardonald. Went with my mum and son for dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful. Relaxed atmosphere. Wheelchair accessibility: Staff would be able to assist wheelchair users.
Randomly ended up in there, while going back from a walk and have to say was pleasantly surprised! Everything was absolutely delicious and definitely props to the girl behind the bar for the mai tai! The staff were absolutely amazing! Will come back for that biscoff cheesecake!Food: 5/5
I've been here 3 times now. It's been out of necessity more than anything. The first time I visited the female server was lovely, and the atmosphere was good. The second and third time, it was a male server, who isn't welcoming, comes across as rude and like he can't be bothered with you. On my second visit, I had eggs benedict with salmon, the salmon was slimy, and not to the standard I would have expected. I asked for an oat milk Mocha, and I believe the oat milk to have been off. If it had been the female server, I would have felt comfortable saying something, but the male server already seemed annoyed, so I didn't feel comfortable bringing it up. The third time I visited, the same male server was on. I ordered a mocha and chocolate cake. I was seated, and he shouted me over to come collect my drink. Yeah, okay, it is no big deal, but he served others their drinks at their tables after me? Again, the atmosphere wasn't comfortable. I won't be making a 4th visit.
Nice intimate restaurant with friendly staff and tasty food. The cocktails were great but did take a while to arrive due to how busy it was. I would recommend getting the carbonara without cream as it was very rich. Will definitely be back!
Popped in for bit of lunch today with family and have to say the food was absolutely tremendous, from the stunning startersnow we know there’s so much more can be made of sing pizza dough, to the mainbest carbonara I’ve had in a long time. The service too was second to none, when the owner and staff take the time for you as you would a member of family then you know how good the place is, keep up the excellent work.
At 6pm on a Wednesday I didn't expect much atmosphere but the restaurant was busy enough. The staff were attentive and the food was good. Excellent value for money. Will definitely go back. Vegetarian options: Several vegetarian options but my daughter eats fish so plenty for her to choose from.
If you want hearty, wholesome and generous portions you've found the right place. The pasta is aldente, sauces spiced to perfection and the pizzas fresh made, you'd really not taste anything better outside Italy. I always pop over if I'm on call doing house calls for my lunch/sandwiches there, as they are family run and not some franchise chain with sullen teens behind the counter. And now I know I can make bookings will defiantly be sorting a few family nights out in the coming months.
Popped in this morning for a late breakfast on our way into Glasgow. Great choice as we all really enjoyed our food, the poached eggs were perfectly cooked and the omelette was very tasty. Will definitely be back again to try lunch or dinner.Food: 5/5

Friends brought us an itison deal, so we had a 2 course meal. Meatballs were excellent and the pizza was true Italian style with a good crust and thin base. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend for a good local restaurant.Food: 5/5
