I used to love this place but it was not good today. The starter meatballs were so hard, my husband spat it out!!! Chicken burger had charcoal bits on it, not nice.

Got the order wrong, to begin, then when the steak came I couldn't believe how rubberized it was.... totally unedible.....thankfully others had complained earlier about steak...so removed from Bill....this franchise outlet lets the Frankie n Bennie down...time to pull the socks up mister !

Good restaurant, with a great selection for adults & kids. Nice,relaxed atmosphere.

We tend to bring the kids here as the portions for them are fantastic and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Also having a newborn we need to take a pram everywhere, and there is enough room that it does not impact on other diners.
