Went there for Xmas dinner and felt they couldn't get rid of us quickly enough. We were not told that it was to be a Carvery and found the selection rather basic for festive meal Have been there before when things were vastly different. Very disappointing.

The outside looks nice and it's by the river which is nice. The hotel is dated and not well maintained inside. Thus makes it appear dirty even so it's clean. The shower gel and shampoo are nice but the shower only has a trickle mode with cold or freezing cold water to choose from. The cooked breakfast is nice and large portion the "continental" breakfast choice is limited. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. Good for overnight stopovers

Was attending a wakeso quite a somber event. Staff were very professional and attentive and the food was amazing. Gorgeous sausage rolls!

Lovely location not far from the town centre with a beautiful setting beside the river with the backdrop of beautifully restored mill buildings as can be seen in the photos. Possibly one of the nicest spots in Paisley with the Abbey just over the road and close to the High Street. There are full facilities in the hotel. A good value hotel.

The receptionist in this hotel is a shining light in the murk hence 2 stars, otherwise I wouldn't have given it 1. Upon arrival advised to pay for parking till 6pm! The room was OK although very noisy. We were woken several times during the night. The decor in the public areas and the bathroom of our room was atrocious, the bar wanted to charge an £1 per transaction under £10 if paid by debit card!?, the hot water wasn't, so cold showers. Good points: Karen the receptionist is warm and friendly. Proximity to Paisley Town centre is good.
