Lovely coffee but I don't think they could supply it in a smaller cup, just a bit expensive.

Been here at least 50 times. Always poor service, rude staff, filthy, and greasy, low-quality food. Today I for some reason thought it would be a good idea to give them another shot and ordered a “new” Frappuccino drink which turned out to be a cup of cold nonfat milk and unsweetened cheap coffee. I should say as well that all this could be mostly overlooked if the staff had a more cheerful attitude: said “please” and “thank you”, smiled, and addressed customers when they approach the counter, e.g., “hey I’ll be right with you” versus ignoring me for five minutes while you make a latte, or made any other attempt to communicate that they‘re pleased I’m there patronising their business.

We've been several times and have had very nice interactions with staff. We usually get toasties, soup, and ice cream and it's of a decent quality.
