Coffee heaven. The staff are incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. David served me and at no point did he try to force a sale upon me. Everything was clearly explained and demonstrated in terms of the equipment I was buying. He took a genuine interest in me which was so refreshing. I bought according to his advisement and have not been dissapointed. Bella Barista also roast their own coffee which is superb. Couldn't recommend this shop highly enough for any body who loves coffee and is after some seriously good equipment, coffee and expertise.

I don't tend to bother reviewing, but needed to today. I emailed over Christmas, as the price was good and I wanted to find out when they were open again, so I could work out whether to get my Rok espresso sent to home or work. I wasn't expecting a reply for a few days due to the Christmas period, but within half an hour Claudette had replied to explain they were closed for business for Christmas, but if I ordered she was popping in to work and she would make sure it was sent out that day. It arrived the next day, but also with a free pack of some very nice coffee to try it out. I am blown away by the service and the machine is awesome too. Thanks Claudette, you made my week!

Purchased a Rocket R85 from Bella Barista. Customer service is fantastic and their knowledge of coffee machines is endless. Definatly worth a trip to their showroom. Spare parts are also easy to order on the website. They also sell great coffee beans!

A very good experience for me. We bought a coffee roaster from them a while back. Everything with the roaster was fine and we're very happy with the coffee we get. Recently we needed a spare part for the roaster as a bit had worn out. I phoned and a very helpful member of staff went off, rummaged around the warehouse found some and sent them off free of charge as "they're only small" Highly recommended to the true coffee obsessive!

Am currently living out in Hong Kong and in the process of choosing a new HX machine. rang Claudette for advice and she was both very knowledgeable and very helpful and patient with my Qs about the pros and cons of the machines in the GBP 1000 (ex VAT) range. Very good ambassador for BB and gave me lots of confidence that they would be a good dealer to buy from. I am still trying to decide - now down to aesthetics more than anything else!
