Lovely pub set in Frampton on Severn. It's situated next to a lovely big green. Plenty of parking, plenty of seating inside and outside. They also have a kids play area around the back and animals to see. Frampton is set in a beautiful area with lovely walks along the canal path. The bell is nice inside with friendly and helpful staff. They have a main bar and another separate bar/restaurant. Food was nice and hot vegetables could of been done with being softer as we requested but meal was still nice. Would go again and recommend
Have just had a lovely meal at The Bell for the first time in three years, and what a lovely surprise. Great menu with lots of choice, huge portion size and well presented by someone who cares. Good service and polite and well dressed staff, and finally a Guinness to die for.Service: 5/5
I had a Sunday Roast here on the 26th March 2023.... The manager of the restaurant was very dismissive when one of our party asked about gluten free options... Very rude in fact! However the waiting staff were lovely. The food left a lot to be desired. I had a veggie option, Brie, Spinach, and Walnut Casserole....I found some spinach.... And basically the skin of a Brie in it... But no walnuts whatsoever. It was watery, and tasteless. The roast potatoes were fine, but the cauliflower cheese was again watery and very soft, with hardly any cheese! We didn't bother with desserts! Along with the very long wait to be served it was all in all a disappointing lunch, which was a shame because it was for a birthday celebration! Needless to say we won't be back!!
Went for steak night. Recommended by a local pub as their kitchen was under renovation so we're not serving food. Never been before but will definitely be back. Great steak Rooms: 5/5

I just walked here for a meal whilst staying near for work, spectacular bacon brie and chicken salad all presented in leaves and a huge portion. I highly recommend everything that cam out looked so good. Food & drinks: Everything looked great.
Lovely spacious,clean rooms Food top norch Staff very helpful and friendly. Everything about this village is beautiful, spent a lovely Saturday evening chatting with the locals in the bar of the bell.
Stopped for lunch on Sunday. Weather was perfect for sitting outside. 1st class prompt service and food was excellent. Will be back soon.
Stopped off for a quick drink on our walk. Beer goodButcombe,however wish the barman was a little more happy in his work.Service: 1/5
We spent a night here when visiting wwt slimbridge and walking in area around Berkeley ,had a really nice time the rooms were quite big and comfortable, everything looked new meals in pub were very good Rooms: 5/5
