I've had my Subaru serviced with them over last circa 3 years.
The service team are fantastic with Ken always advising if anything extra needs doing on the car.
Unfortunately the sales team have recently let them down.
I went in to look at a previously owned Forester.
Right from the start, Carl seemed so disinterested. Didn't discuss the car with me, never went over any of the technical specs, never asked me any questions or showed any other Foresters slightly over my budget.
Finance was discussed but interrupted when Carl's customer arrived to collect their car.
I sent an email to Carl and the team to inform them as to how unhappy I was. Received a reply from him in which he copied in the sales director. Still no phone call or email from the sales director.
I'm now forced to take my buisness elsewhere. 
Seems like they don't offer the same service to all their customers...

Since writing the above, I made contact with the sales director and all has now been resolved.
Had an appointment with Carl and the service was completely different from the first experience.
He made me feel like a valued customer and set aside enough time to meet all my needs.

Went to see Subaru Forester, Carl Wallis, sales manager, very helpful, impressed with viewing, may take up offer of test drive after seeing other models currently considering.
