Beefeater opened their doors back in 1974, and were driven by a passion for glorious steak. Mouth-watering cuts at mouth-watering prices was their motto. Reassuringly nothing's changed, these things still drive them today and they always will.

I like The Rusty Cutter, have been visiting regularly for the last 9 years. The food is excellent and the staff are very good. There is another Beefeater in the local area but this is the best. Decor has been updated and the seating increased. There are many windows so it is light and airy. If you want good food at good prices go here.

Expensive cold food , very disappointing messed up 3 plates out of 5 . I had to eat mine practically on my ow as it was cold whilst the rest of my family carried on eating I was waiting. Took 2 hours to get main meal start to finish . Food was sat up on hot plates for ages doing nothing .

Food is always good, but not fantastic. Service is the same. Would be in a decent area if you couldn't hear and see the motorway that's a stone throw away.

Very good food, plentiful portions, helpful and friendly staff. Also the toilets were much cleaner than other restaurants I've been too which was nice! They were very patient with my 87 year old grandfather which earned our waitress a good tip, and they put him in a window seat as requested on the phone and near to the toilets to make it easier for him. It's a nice quiet place during the day, out of the way and it wasn't filled with screaming kids. I highly recommend.
