Ordered a hamburger which was packed promptly then left for 15 minutes in bag on counter whilst waiting for 4 mcflurrys. Asked packer when collecting order do you think the burger will b cold. Her reply was don't know you'll have to try it. What customer service is this? Seems like they employ the remnants of the old YTS scheme (Young thick & stupid). Not first time messed up would recommend getting them to check your orders before leaving drive through.

Shocking. It was pretty good when it first opened but the last 3 orders have been wrong. We went for a replacement order today with a code to get it for free as we complained and that order was wrong to! Cold and waited ages as well after placing the order. The only plus for this place is the front of house staff are always nice and friendly, They just need to work on back of house staff now. Going to stick to the new waterlooville store as the worst that happens there is they run out of ice haha

My son is allergic to dairy, so I always make sure I repeat my self at least 3 times that I want a burger no dairy just burger and bun. Once again I got home to find dairy and sauce in his burger. He is autistic and does not react very well. Why can't you get it right! From one fed up customer again.
