Ordered via the app, waited and waited and eventually went to ask where my food was, only to be told it's just ready now. The order was wrong so I went back to the counter where I was offered larger chips. The order was simple and for just two people, can it really be that difficult to get it right first time?
Bloody useless staff, whoever was on at 20:30 22nd November 2024 needs sacking and sending back to primary school as they clearly can't read a ticket and pack the correct items in a bag, how difficult is that??? No answer on the phones either, absolutely not using this branch again
I am here 4 days a week at 6:02 am, if I am lucky I will be served by 6:10 when they bother to open, on a regular basis, I have to leave before I get served as I have to be at work by 7am and unlike mcdonald's I like to get to work on time.nThis morning a member of staff saw me waiting at 6:02 & just ignored me until I rang them at 6:12 when they told me that they were opening later today, so they had left me outside waiting knowing that they were not going to open.nAbsolutely ridiculous Customer service
No atmosphere to write about it is what's it says on the door, fast food establishment. People go there for fast food, not to chat to others, unfortunately otherwise, the burgers delicious, fries all good, drink ok. Staff fast and efficient, someone on hand to clean up spills etc too.
Visited there this evening ordered large big mac meal and a side portion of fries to be given a big mac about 5 chips and no extra side of fries and it was stone cold and had to wait ten mins at the window and then another 5 in the car park. ABSOLUTELY disgracefull.nNever returning
