Very poor place to go and eat. - ordered fillet steak and lamb shank for the waitress to return 10 minutes later to say they were out of stock of them items. - starter (chicken wings) came to the table cold. - ended up ordering serloin steak medium cooked for it to come to the table well done. - the waitress never gave us the option of chips or jacket potato with the steak although it says you can choose on the menu. - the chips tasted like microwaved chips and were very poorly cooked. The inexperience of the staff here clearly stood out and the quality of the food was very poor, wont be visiting this place again.

Went to the Square Bar and Grill in Maghull . Had a lovely night with the family . Despite the Owner / Manager being so rude even going as far as obnoxious. It was obvious they were out of their depth the bar staff were inexperienced and could not handle the amount of people , however that's down to management. She really could do with attending s customer service course . Couldn't recommend it on her attitude alone.
