It was lovely to find halal Nando's in Liverpool. The staff was friendly, but we had to wait 20-30 mins before being seated. Food was served at a decent time and we love the choc-A-Lot cake. Parking: Parking is near by so great for winter nights
Food was excellent. I usually eat Nandos in South Africa, it’s original home. The food here was very close to the original. The chips were really good. It is a halal store and clearly labelled. Thoroughly enjoyed it!
Chicken was like a cinder block on my plate with mash like tarmac and peas like pebbles . Food was remade when requested however still not great. No manager in sight, only positive was my server issie was lovely and very accommodating.
How can you go wrong with Nando’s. This branch serves halal chicken. Over the years dined at most of there branches that serves halal chicken over 100+ times and the food is always consistent. Ordered nandos using deliveroo. The food come on time, however it had items missing and when I rang nandos they said they could only offer a refund. I still had to pay delivery charges and service charges for half an orderFood: 1/5
Quick service and good portion sizes. Love Nando's as you always know what you are going to get. Staff were friendly. Could have done with being a bit cleaner floor needed sweeping but busy restraunt so understandable Vegetarian options: Always a good selection of veggie options. Had the bean wrap which was tasty
Wasn’t a busy night, took 45 minutes to receive food and that was only after waiting 20 mins to be served at the counter which I stood at where the servers directly in front of me ignored me till someone from the door took pity on me and came to take my order. Still waiting to be served as I write this.. haven’t been approached or apologised to for the delay and still not eta.
Best customer service I've ever experienced in a restaurant when I had an issue with my bank card. Manager is a credit to the company.Food: 5/5
You will never be disappointed with Nando’s. Due to COVID-19, there is a virtual queue you need to sign for which will give you the waiting time. Then the order will be by scanning the code on the table. Straws and disposal spoons are available upon request. However, refilling your soft drink will be a little bit challenging to get some attention from the staff.
First time back at a Nandos since the whole pandemic, and I'm so glad Nandos is back to normal! You can get up and refill your own drinks and get you own sauces again! I'm visiting Liverpool on a break away, and chose this one to eat. Staff gave a positive and friendly service, and were top notch on the cleaning! Food was delicious always. Overall positive experience
