Just been for a birthday celebration and it was excellent, food was top quality and Karen who served us couldn't be more helpful. We brought a dessert for my daughter and they arranged it beautifully without any issues. Really enjoyable helped greatly by the friendly staff and quality food.

Stayed at premier inn with meal deal for 3 nights. Breakfast was fantastic, however evening meals were a shambles. Worth noting that with the meal deal we have already paid for what we order- there’s no option to refuse payment, and it’s very clear that customers on the meal deal are given less consideration for that reason. The restaurant is incredibly busy and if you haven’t booked a table you must squeeze in wherever you can in the bar, even though you have already paid. Night 1: one meal from our party arrived over an hour later than the others, no refund offered. Night 2, took over 2 hours from approaching the bar to order and receive our food. Night 3, they had ran out of 4/6 steak cuts among other dishes, medium steak came to the table blue. Staff were untrained, uninterested, and unacceptable. Simply dreadful

Comfy bed and lovely breakfast. You have to wait for ages to be served at the bar usually in the evening. They need more bar staff on.

Visited the foxburrow this evening. Had a very pleasant time. Food was lovely, came very quickly and was served by Stacy who was very kind and helpful. Thank you 😊
