Sent me the wrong pizza last night and refused to refund or send replacement out. Called 3 times and told manager would be in to sort it but he isn’t available funnily enough. Was then asked not to leave a review by staff about the service. AVOID THIS PLACE !!!!!
Terrible experience with Super Pizza ashford kent half my order did not come. I called them complained was told by them rest of order on way still nothing...pizza was warm when came driver took off very quickly when I realised all my order wasn't there. Called them to complain was told in his words I am busy love when my manager is back he will call you I demanded a refund said you can't have that...I will never ever order from here again

Ordered from Uber. Ordered 2 large pizzas. Received one. Driver was rude to my daughter. Ordered deep pan but definitely wasn't. Complained to shop. Customer service is disgusting I'll avoid these in future. They don't deserve the custom of people
Pizzas are sooooo good I love the base and topping amount is just right only area they could improve is the sides there not great but I go for pizza not chicken
Love the pizza here. Considering the fact that we hunt for halal places to eat, the pizza here is probably the best we ve tasted so far. The meal deals are also good.
Ordered via just eat and the pizzas were cold, hard and clearly over cooked. Rang to see about getting a fresh one sent out and the guy on the phone just kept saying he couldn’t hear me even thought the phone seemed to be working just fine and he could hear everything I said prior to asking for a fresh pizza. Seems like it was re heated.
Sarcastic employees, kept calling as ordered from deliveroo. Told up to 2 hours calling its on way. By 10pm when I ordered at 5.17pm. Never arrived!. Had to fight for my refund through deliveroo. Don't order of this company. Go to domino's. 20 mins mine arrived when ordered. The company is a shambles. Super pizza!!! Are money grabbers
Best pizza place in Ashford to order fresh pizza. very good customer service
I have been a regular customer to this restaurant since I moved into my home back in 2019 every Thursday evening we order the same deal. Tonight I have changed and ordered a supersize pizza and bottle of coke that came to around £17 I then received a 10’’ pizza so phoned the restaurant where I was passed around to multiple staff who i had to explain my issue. I only live meters away so offered to walk around to the restaurant on which I was refused. I am extremely disappointed, and won’t be ordering in future I have been disrespected over the phone by your company and hope you can sort this for future customers.
