Please DO NOT buy from this furniture shop, very rude people, their customer service really stinks. I bought a bed from this shop after seeing it in the showroom,when the product arrived it didn't look anything like what was in the showroom. The colour was wrong, the bed frame looked very cheap than the price I paid. When I tried to get them to change it , a guy named Paul kept giving me excuses and wrong information. I then decided that i dont want the product anymore because it was very frustrating, they refused to refund my money, the sales man Paul was very rude and unprofessional over the phone, kept on hanging up the phone while I was talking to him, then they blocked my number so I couldn't get through to them on the phone which was childish. I didn't get an apology for what is clearly their mistake. They give wrong information on products/ delivery dates and time and they treat customers like trash. Its surprising that they claim they have been in the business for 20years, yet they have 0 experience in handling customers and mistakes. The whole experience for me was very frustrating and stressful, I would not recommend this furniture shop for anyone as I do not want anyone else experiencing the same thing. Very bad people, they lie too. It's ridiculous and appalling. I regret going to the shop in the first place.
Delivered a bed to my elderly parents in their 80’s but failed to mention when they ordered that it would be in 3 parts and not put together or even taken out the wrapping they use their own drivers when I called To complain the owner Had an instant bad attitude and saying that they could fit together for an extra cost and saying he has never heard of a driver putting a bed together as all part of the service in the 30 years of business. Well if he’s been in the business for 30 years he should know the value of customer satisfaction. Something this guy doesn’t seem to care about. Avoid at all costs
I brought a bed, the shopkeeper said is very good quality and brand new, but when I got it which is not new, I can see it has been used!!
Great place to get good a d reasonable priced furniture
