I would like to take a moment to express my appreciation for Sam, the manager. She consistently demonstrates exceptional dedication and commitment to her customers. Her willingness to go above and beyond makes a significant difference in the shopping experience. It’s truly refreshing to be greeted with a friendly smile during visits, and it enhances the overall atmosphere of the store. Sam’s positive attitude not only elevates customer satisfaction but also sets a wonderful example for her team. Thank you for recommending the fantastic fireworks.
Its a lovely store with so many different things and very helpful and kind staff. I was struggling to find the bedding I wanted. I asked Shiela for some help, she then called Sam over, they worked together to quickly find it for me. They were both so smiley and friendly and made me feel reassured that they would do everything possible to locate it in the store for me.
Had to queue to get in this visit due to covid regulations. Lovely big store 2 levels... Also has a area set aside as a mini Iceland's store..nGot lots of choice..good fir wild birds seed /food and feeders. Good for per accessories..the 1st floor half is dedicated to Christmas plenty of choice price range from cheap to I guess people would say expensive..
The shop is very good and has a range of products. But the customer service is one of poorest I have ever seen especially in Romford. So today Karen instead of telling me she will serve me because I am disabled and asked her for a disabled people queue, which doesn’t exist she sent me in the long queue, no empathy towards disabled people. She is a rubbish customer service. The last year it was the last time I went to The range, I stopped because 90% of staff is very poor and very rude. I tried today, but unfortunately they don’t receive proper training on how to deal with the customers. So do a proper training and teach your staff do not be rude.
I purchased blinds from The Range, supplied by New Edge Blinds, and my experience was absolutely dreadful. I would strongly advise against buying these blinds or anything from this supplier. Here’s what went wrong:nnIncorrect Product SentnThe blinds I received were completely wrong, but New Edge Blinds insisted they were correct. Adding to the frustration, there was no labelling or packaging to verify what product was actually sent.nNo Invoice or Returns SlipnThe package arrived without an invoice or a returns slip, making it incredibly difficult to process a return. This is a basic expectation when ordering from reputable retailers, yet it was completely overlooked.nTerrible Customer ServicenNew Edge Blinds’ customer service was appalling. They refused to acknowledge their mistake and insisted that I pay for the return of the incorrect product. There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the issue.nDamages The Range’s ReputationnI expect higher standards when shopping at The Range, but partnering with a supplier like New Edge Blinds tarnishes their reputation. This kind of poor service reflects badly on The Range and undermines trust in their product offerings.nRecommendationnAvoid purchasing blinds supplied by New Edge Blinds through The Range. Their shocking customer service, lack of accountability, and poor handling make them a supplier to steer clear of. The Range, I urge you to reconsider your partnership with this company to maintain your standards and customer trust.
