Its a lovely store with so many different things and very helpful and kind staff. I was struggling to find the bedding I wanted. I asked Shiela for some help, she then called Sam over, they worked together to quickly find it for me. They were both so smiley and friendly and made me feel reassured that they would do everything possible to locate it in the store for me.
Had to queue to get in this visit due to covid regulations. Lovely big store 2 levels... Also has a area set aside as a mini Iceland's store..nGot lots of choice..good fir wild birds seed /food and feeders. Good for per accessories..the 1st floor half is dedicated to Christmas plenty of choice price range from cheap to I guess people would say expensive..
The shop is very good and has a range of products. But the customer service is one of poorest I have ever seen especially in Romford. So today Karen instead of telling me she will serve me because I am disabled and asked her for a disabled people queue, which doesn’t exist she sent me in the long queue, no empathy towards disabled people. She is a rubbish customer service. The last year it was the last time I went to The range, I stopped because 90% of staff is very poor and very rude. I tried today, but unfortunately they don’t receive proper training on how to deal with the customers. So do a proper training and teach your staff do not be rude.
I purchased blinds from The Range, supplied by New Edge Blinds, and my experience was absolutely dreadful. I would strongly advise against buying these blinds or anything from this supplier.
