Had a great experience here, I came in for some new bedding, duvet and a cover,and a bedspread, plenty to choose from. I asked a member of staff for their help, she took my list and collected all the items that I had asked for, brilliant service, very good advice, I'd probably still be there trying to find the item's I came in for. Thank you so much Brendan, by the way my brother bought those towels you recommended .
Went there today and got my curtain net and some lighting. The staff are super helpful and professional. I'm a happy customer.
I had a wonderful experience visiting the store this evening. After reaching the self checkout I released the floor cleaner I had placed in the basket had unfortunately leaked. Jo was so friendly, attentive, patient, and polite and assisted me not only with the spillage but the multiple times the self checkout had issues. It wasn't the most straight forward checkout but we got there in the end. Thank you so much Jo, you're a star
Dunelm is a great homewares store and the quality is always good.nThe price isn't the cheapest but there are great finds and when they have sales, it's a great place to pick up bargains.nPlenty of car parking at the Romford branch and a large range of items. The only thing I didn't see on display was a bed.
They don't always seem to stock what is online, click and collect is available, however, it never seems to be available again for certain stores which is a shame, especially when the items cannot be delivered! Plenty of parking, tills easy to use, does always seem to be a bit hectic in the store though!
